Like Walk It Off’s
, I get my kicks (and my exercise) from walking around New York City. I love to explore the places I’ve always wanted to go or have never been. I walk for miles. Sometimes, over 10 miles. Since being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, I’ve been trying to keep fit in ways that don’t trigger a flare up. Walking seems to be the answer.Also, as I’m dealing with profound grief, walking helps me to manage and process it.
