Hosted by the hilarious Kal Penn, the event will honor Tina Fey with the PEN/Mike Nichols Writing for Performance Award. Presenters include Jad Abumrad, Mahogany L. Browne, Rachel Dratch, Robert Jones, Jr., Ari Naftali Melber, Adesola Osakalumi, Molly Ringwald, and Geena Rocero. The winners of 11 book awards—worth over $350,000 in total and recognizing literary excellence in a wide range of genres, from fiction to nonfiction, poetry to translation—will be announced live.
